Planes, Trains and Delays...

Not sure if this happens often, but this will probably be the last time I take the KLIA express from the Airport...I'd rather wait in line for half an hour for the Limos at KLIA. Getting stuck in the middle of nowhere for about 30 minutes is not fun. Although walking across a bridge to transfer to another waiting train was pretty kewl. Hmmm...The bridge makes me think that breakdowns do happen very often. It fit the gap between the two trains to a "T".

*sigh*

To top it off, I had someone waiting for me at the LRT station to pick me up. Being stuck in the middle of nowhere with no handphone service, I was not able to reach her.

*Double sigh*

IMHO, the whole Taxi and Limo system at both the airport and Sentral train station needs a revamp. Imagine being a tourist and having to wait for 30 minutes before you can get into a taxi. Not nice. We really can learn a thing or two from the systems that our neighbours have in place.

Wait a minute, why stop there? The whole Public Transport system needs a revamp!

Although I must take my hats off to KTM, I boarded their Komuter service to get from the Mines Shopping Fair to KL Sentral. I did not know that the Komuter service covered such an extensive area. What really caught me off-guard was the fact that the train actually arrived on time!(Must remember to consult pa-ji book and buy 4D this weekend)

Maybe there is hope after all...

Ugh. Tell me about it. I'm not a big fan of our Public Transport system at all. But what to do, petrol prices being what they are, some parking in KL not cheap leh...

Psst... what number are you buying? Good fortune (potential) must share-share ma. Lol.

Sze : I miss the airport being over at Subang. It was so much more convenient back in the day. When are you going to Perhentian exactly? Maybe going down to Lang Tengah Merdeka weekend.

Mama Bok : You should have heard FBB's adventure's with the Rakyat story yesterday! Hahaha...Yahlor, lucky she was in an OK mood. Otherwise =(
